"Two by Two, the 34 year old Martin Charnin-Richard Rodgers-Peter Stone musical regarded as being held hostage by its original star, gets a fresh start Nov. 12 in a revised revival being staged way Off Broadway - in Tennessee. "40 Days and 40 Nights," a Rodgers-Charnin song unheard since the New Haven tryout of the 1970 Noah’s Ark musical will be part of the world premiere of the new version of the show appearing Nov. 12 - Dec. 18 at the Cumberland County Playhouse in Crossville, TN....
